"Was a lovely welcome , lovely team that catered to us especially as I had a Sen child with me , and I would 100% come back there was a lady in evening shift that was super lovely ..(can’t remember her name ) but thank you ☺️"

"The room was spacious liked the bathroom there was the usual banging of the doors and could hear the gym on the floor below but no noisy guests. My only complaint was that all the ev charging points were not operating which was very inconvenient "

"Hotel was an easy to taxi to cruise port. Hotel is not fancy but the price is reasonable. Breakfast was great "

"This hotel is in a good location. It's a short walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the high street. The room was a good size. The only issue I had was the aircon was very noisy and sounded like it was breaking, so I turned it off when I went to bed. Dinner at the Alfred's was very good, as were the breakfast options. The blonde woman at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. I would stay here again and recommend it to others."
