"We had a lovely stay. The location is great, in the woods along a quiet lane. Very quiet. Connected to nature. The cottage is very small but nice and cosy and great for two people. Bed is comfy. Shower is great. And a shed to keep bikes. All good. Will come again!"

"We were very lucky with the weather which helps but we love the area as there is always something to do. The cottage was spotless and has all amenities (apart from washing machine no space ) and there was a very nice cake awaiting us as well as tea ,coffee and milk . Parking was fine on quiet street and the garden is a delight. The owner kindly reminded us about the steep stairs but we managed as we did with downstairs bathroom. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in New Forest."

"What an incredible week we had at Brockhurst Cottage number 3. Cooking on the Aga, watching the snow falling outside, wine in front of the fire and walks in the country was just what we needed for some R & R. The cottage is well appointed with everything a family needs and has all the quirks of a quintessential English cottage. "Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"We had a great stay at this property in Everton. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The garden was a lovely bonus for our little one to play outside. It is a good central location in the New Forest if you have a car to get around. Nearby places that were close to travel to include Christchurch, Lymington, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst."

"Very cosy comfortable charming cottage close to Brockenhurst. Perfect for a group of friends. We were met by the host when we arrived who explained how everything worked. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, the sitting room has a woodburner with plenty of logs supplied. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of public footpaths in the area - it is really better suited to cycling than walking. However the cottage was really lovely."
