"Everything was great - friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast was better than I was expecting. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of carpeting - it was winter so there was lots of snow on our boots which caused puddles in the hallway and in our room, and it caused more noise because of more echo due to no carpeting. There were drunk loud people down the hallway and a family with children who came in the middle of the night, both woke us up. But front desk responded quickly when we complained. I think a lot of the noise issues could be solved with some carpeting "

"This hotel had an excellent price point for starters. It is conveniently located within Niagara Falls and walkable distance to all of the activities, including the Falls. The room was large and super clean. The amenities in the room included a microwave and bar fridge. The amenities at the hotel included a workout room and pool. Breakfast was also included. The breakfast area was well stocked and it was tasty. Fresh baked cookies were also put out at reception for guests at 2 PM and coffee was always available. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. This included Samantha at reception who welcomed us when we arrived midday, the lady who managed the breakfast area and another staff member who was at reception in the evening. I would recommend staying here for anyone. Hopefully we will get an opportunity to return."
