The service was excellent. I booked for my elderly parents who were attending a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to ensure everything was taken care of, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful from beginning to end. He even called me back to next day to ensure I had paid for parking so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it when they got here. On the day of the stay, my parents had a hard time entering the parking lot, but one phone call to the gentleman helping us previously and he guided them to a smooth and easy check in/parking. Overall I was most impressed with the service. My parents also said that the room was beautiful and clean.

Great property, very clean, and conveniently close to dining options. The big windows were a lovely feature. As a single woman, I would have felt safer if there were a lock on the inside of the door that could be controlled by the guest staying overnight.

Rooms are big and beautiful and very clean. We loved the balcony too. Only issue was the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway and elevator, but it didn’t transfer into our room. That aside it is a great place.

It was spotless but should make sure the rooms are stocked properly like toilet paper even a box of tissues would have helped. The person that I was speaking with at the laundry room was beneficial upon my entry into the Hotel friendly and courteous But when inquired about the toilet paper was told I would have to wait till the next morning at 11:00 came and went had to make another call and did get prompt service at that time other than that it was a good stay. I do like to have someone at a counter for inquiries. OLd school.

Great place to stay, location is perfect and lots of nice restaurants on same street. Large apartment style room, beautiful full wall window looking out over city. Secure building. Parking near by, enough spaces, reasonable rates. Plank Restobar on main floor off lobby was amazing way to end our evening.

We liked having the space of an apartment, along with the kitchen facility. It was impeccably clean and the staff communicated well with us. A couple of improvements we would suggest: There ought to be drawer space to store one's clothes; likewise there was only two or three hangers in the closets. It would be great to have more coffee available as well. Lastly, we didn't know before arriving that this wasn't a hotel without a reception desk or staff. That wouldn't have changed our minds I don't think, but i don't recall knowing about it in advance.
