The hotel is fantastic overall, but I do have one issue with the FLO charging stations. While they’re super convenient, they bill you for the entire time your vehicle is plugged in rather than just for the time it’s actively charging. This means that if my car only needs four hours to charge, I have to get up in the middle of the night—at 2 a.m., for example—to unplug it, or I’ll continue to be charged for the rest of the night. The cost isn’t tied to the electricity used; it’s based on the plug-in duration, which can be frustrating.

Pics look nice on Expedia but the rooms were stuffy, had a shower and the entire room from bathroom to window was filled with steam for an hour, bathroom shower and taps didn’t work properly and I almost couldn’t turn off the water. It took about 10 minutes to do so Staff were kind but won’t be returning
