"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. "There is nothing bad you can tell about this property, and the staffs are awesome. Everything is walking distance away and you can't ever find a property like this in central London. Next time, when I visit London. I won't dare to look any other property than Martin Waterloo. In house Laundry service, good food and pubs nearby, the staff are all very helpful. Thank you very much. "There are over 400 rooms in the hotel and check-in took a bit of time was expected. The bathroom is very big and clean. The downside was room was not bright enough and the twin single beds were very narrow."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful area of London. The location is amazing, only a step away from the station with key tube lines. Some great cafe and restaurants around as well. Would highly recommend this hotel for any stay in London !!!"

"I expected a bigger room - junior suite seems to imply more room. It was clean and comfortable. I expected fancier furnishings too. The room's decor was simple yet tasteful. They were dedicated to eco-friendly practices which is laudable. The bed was king-sized and worthy of junior suite status. There were robes and slippers for use and miniature L'occitane shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. I had an incredible first-time trip to London and this hotel was meant to be a splurge for me."
