"Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. The room size was great. Large windows, high ceilings, modern bathroom. Breakfast was a little undercooked and choices were abundant but the same day after day. Great coffee. The hairdryer is a full throated unit that actually dries your hair. Great location."

The only downside was there is a club downstairs (we didn’t know when booking) and my god the girl with the mic and the music kept us awake all hours. "I highly recommend this hotel ! Its location is just perfect ! I love how it’s located by the River Thames (St. Katharine’s Dock) and literally beside the beautiful Tower Bridge. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a mini mart nearby, as well as at the Tower of London side (Starbucks, Paul’s etc). The sight of the Tower Bridge everyday from our bedroom is unmatched. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. "
