"I had a really good stay - the breakfast and service was excellent and room very comfortable. I did find the room a little too warm though. The main light was not working and there were no rubber bath mats to stand on in the shower. I was however given a bath towel to use instead. I was hoping to make use of the extra pillows in the wardrobe, but unfortunately there was a vomit-like smell in the wardrobe which had permeated the pillows. Great cheap overnight stay

"Excellent hotel for an overnight stay. The room was basic but comfortable with everything you need. Beds were super comfy, pillows ok- would have preferred more than 1.really quiet, no traffic or aeroplane noise - just air conditioning hum. Plenty of coffee and tea. Kettle was clean. Shower not that powerful but did the job. Towels were soft. Hairdryer was excellent."

Excellent Hotel

"Friendly staff greeted us on our arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean, basically furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very tasty. The live music on Friday night was very good and not too loud. I would highly recommend the Cambridge Ibis hotel for a weekend break."

Beautiful stop over

"A flying visit but well worth it. Rooms are grand and so comfortable, very clean and well put together. Very quiet and peaceful at night and all the staff were warm and welcoming, so polite and exceptional service. We’d love to visit again and stay for longer to make use of spa and facilities."
