A few niggles with the facilities - bathroom vent did not extract quickly when steamy - there was a switch outside the bathroom which did nothing. One of the bedside lamps did not work at all. "By the river, this hotel is ideally situated for exploring Cambridge. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are well appointed, cosy and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and can recommend it along with the bar where excellent cocktails are served. There's a large car park (unusual in Cambridge) which also has 6x EV chargers. "

Beds and pillows comfortable, nice and warm in the rooms and hotel itself Rooms could do with a freshen up with paint and small maintenance to windows and walls. Remote control filthy, batteries flat. Tea and coffee facility which is good. Shower pressure average but overall good value, fairly clean, good breakfast variety Would definitely come back "
