"All the staff were just great, so pleasant and so helpful and friendly. We stayed here to go to the Arena and we also stayed in the Holiday Inn Express at Birmingham, and both hotels were immaculate and the staff were brilliant."

"Parking is expensive and don’t offer discounts for staying at the hotel. Whereas other hotels next door offer promotional rates to use Manchester central NCP car park. Check in speeds could be quicker as we had to wait in excess of 2 hours to check into our rooms after our allotted 3pm check in time. "

"Had a lovely stay at Marriott! Arrived early to drop off bags and the lovely reception staff checked us in early! Deluxe room was great, plenty of room and clean. Bed was very comfy! Great, tasty breakfast selection, close to train station, metro link and shops. Would definitely stay again! "
