It was a trip away for my birthday and everyone went out of their way to make my stay memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing food, delightful surroundings, excellent staff, couldn’t fault our stay. A special shout out and thank you to Sonia, Dan, Lucy and the lovely lady with the glasses whose name I didn’t catch who greeted us for breakfast each morning; exceptional customer service accompanied by a welcoming smile and friendliness. The beds are plush, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it a perfect retreat. Every detail, from the furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, enhances the experience. The service is outstanding. The staff are welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure guests feel well taken care of. Whether checking in, dining, or asking for assistance, the hospitality is top-notch. The hotel’s ambience is both elegant and cozy, with a perfect balance of history and luxury. The recent refurbishment has made it even more inviting, enhancing the overall experience. For the quality offered, it provides great value. A few small extras, such as complimentary refreshments in the rooms, could enhance the stay even further. Having stayed three times, I can confidently say this is my go-to place in Caerleon.
