The Hotel bedroom was shabby, the air conditioning old & noisy, the bathroom quite horrible. The rest of the hotel was slightly smarter, and the food was good once ordered but there were no instructions on which number to dial for reception or room service.

Convenient location!
It's an older hotel. The management does an excellent job of keeping the property up, but IHG should invest some money in this location. It was super convenient for the meetings I had, but I would probably choose a newer hotel for my next visit.

Fabulous hotel

The hotel staff very welcoming had to wait for rooms as not quite ready but cold drinks available when we arrived we were on first floor but unfortunately no lift but a young gentleman was on hand to carry my luggage up stairs to my room very clean fridge also with water inside very happy with that we had meals in evening very good
