Staff were very welcoming and friendly, that makes a stay mist enjoyable. Room was clean and simple but functional. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, the member of staff running it seemed a bit over busy...? Overall The New Inn hit the spot for a convenient overnight stay. It was good value and the smiling staff made it a very pleasant stay.

It's a lovely Inn, highly recommended, my husband and I were happy to stay there for a night during our trip from Wales, the property was recently refurbished and has everything you need for a stay, the bed was super comfortable. Our only comment for improvement would be to make water a bit hotter in the shower/bath. Thank you

Would definitely stay again.

Employees and manager are super friendly. It was a very easy check-in and the room was very clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant had a wide variety of food that was very delicious.

Excellent stay, was visiting friends and was recommended to stay here and indeed it was excellent. The breakfast was not be missed, also eat in the hotel and food again was excellent. The room was to a high standard. I will stay there again.

Clean and friendly

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and clean, bathroom was clean too. Big bath which was a bonus for me due to being quite tall. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Room was quite warm even with window open and the use of the fan which was provided.

Good but a little dated

The hotel is looking a little dated and the rooms could do with a paint. However the staff a really friendly and very helpful. The pub attached to the hotel was good.

Bit expensive to get taxi to and from the ICC where RCN congress was taking place so opted to walk. fine during the day but not overly safe route after dark.
