"Birthday trip, staff were friendly and efficient, accommodation was clean and comfortable, we had room service for dinner and this was delivered promptly and was hot and tasty. The lakeside room was quiet and had lovely view over lake with only ducks, swans, geese, herons and Cormorants for company!"

Our only comment for improvement would be to make water a bit hotter in the shower/bath. Thank you "
