"Such a family friendly and unique hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were really nicely finished. Food was great, especially the lobby café. Entertainment for the kids was on another level for a short city break. I was a little worried with the location if it was too far from the main centre, but it was either a nice walk or we made use of the tram stop, located right out the front. Public transport was really straight forward to get everywhere we needed."

Minor issues were the AC which we couldn’t switch off and having no hot water on the morning of our check out. However that wouldn’t put me off recommending the hotel to fellow travellers "
