The place is quite and I like that a lot. It is close to good restaurants and close to some football pitches so it is easy to go for a walk as well. The room was quite and I did not hear any noices, I like that a lot.

Very quirky. Kids would love the loft but the stairway is very slippery. It needs slip resistant addon. The room was outdated, double beds do not sleep 2. Small fridge never cooled anything down. Rain shower is not always convenient and the shower hanlde did not have any pressure. Be ready for a flooded flor after use. Breakfast was somewhat satisfying. The location is very good and the staff was excellent!

The hotel is cute and in a practical location in qalking distance from both the Central Station and the big shopping and bar street Avenyn. The weekend breakfast staff and booking staff were absolutely amazing and the breakfast itself was also nice. The other food at the hotel was so so and all food and drinks options were closed on Sunday and Monday, aside from the reception, from which you weren't allowed to bring drinks to your room anyway. But overall a nice visit to this quirky little hotel.

Bad breakfast and poor cleaning
The breakfast had very little variety and seemed like was focused on sweets. We found objects under the bed from previous guests. And the bathroom felt a little dirty. The staff however was very serviceminded and pleasant to talk to. There was a icemachine and a microwave available so if tou want a cheap visit to Gothenburg this is a ok hotel to stay at.

No room temperature cooling and this was not informed in advance. My room was towards south so it was necessary to keep window open. Football at neighbouring court until 21.30. The positive point was that the football field was available for jogging during day time.

Fantastisk hotell med svært sentral beliggenhet
Vi har gjort til en form tradisjon å reise til Gøteborg 1 til 2 ganger i året. Besøker slekt og koser oss med god mat, shopping og hyggelige venner. Hotel Heden ligger veldig sentralt med gangavstand til det meste. Svært god frokost! Eneste negative jeg vil trekke fram var vanntrykket i dusjen, men det er en bagatell. Vi bodde i 2.etasje, så kanskje det var årsaken til.
