The staff and front desk personell were excellent all around. Everyone was kind, helpful, and offered advice on various questions any tourists would have…with a smile. Our room was clean and perfect, entertainment options were nice, and the daily included breakfast…the biggest selection we have ever seen and the food quality was outstanding.

Stayed for 14 nights in a large room with harbour view. Full breakfast is included in room rate and hotel has washer & dryer that you simply book a 3 hr slot to do your laundry at no charge. Location is quite some way from central Gothenburg but only 300m to the 3 & 9 tram service. Plenty of quality eating options within walking distance. Enjoyable stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have a service dog and the hotel were fantastic providing a dog bed and some treats. Parking was very cheap and accessible. Really good location and nice at night right by the water.

The Hotel room was spacious, service was excellent, staff was very helpful, polite, and considerate. Our shower was exceptional! The location was great, breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of food choices. We loved the view and watching the shios come & go. Other nearby restaurants were wonderful.
