"The check-in process was less than ideal. As Expedia VIP members, we were given a “room upgrade” to a suite upon arrival. However, the suite was located near rooms undergoing renovations, and the only window was covered with a piece of wood, presumably due to the construction. We spoke with the front desk to request a different room and were moved to another suite on the top floor.
