"We were recommended this hotel by a neighbour and it didn’t disappoint. From our welcome to our departure everything was just perfect - how often can one say that?! Every single member of staff was friendly, smiley and so polite. The location is great and the old town a 20 minute walk and taxis are relatively cheap. We enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts in such lovely surroundings, three equally enjoyable lunches at the roof top pool bar - the food is of a very high standard and the waiting staff charming and helpful. The spa was good and the hammam an experience we particularly enjoyed. ALL staff were excellent. Dounia in guest relations ensured we had all the options for tours and sights and was so helpful. Our room was spacious, shower hot and powerful and the bed sumptuous. Our balcony was large and facing the Royal Marrakesh Tennis Club and leaving its door open we fell asleep to the rhythmic thud of tennis balls. We had three full days and two nights and we relaxed completely. Absolutely recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel. "

"Best hotel I have stayed in. Went for 4 nights. The hotel is located on a main road but it’s convenient for pickup to attractions. Was clean relaxing rooftop with chairs and amazing staff. Breakfast could be improved and house keeping regularly. "

"I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. After a short and embarrassing time l was checked in and shown to my room. After paying the amount of £18.000 for 1 week and the circumstances and horror of my check in after a long flight l am reluctant to book with Expedia again. "
