"It was a no so good stay overall. The appartement cleanliness was disappointing, no working air conditioning in a city where temperature was above 45 degrees Celsius. No swimming pool as photos showed (broken) and finally no communication at all except for checking in and out. A lot of work to do for the owner to match the photos used in the reservation step."

"Upon arrival the staff did not have any room and didnt recognise the booking id made and paid for. Luckily i found a Riad nearby that was fantastic. Hotels.com sorted the issue efficiently upon my return to the UK."

"The cleaning lady just enters my room without knocking or anything. She also turned off my AC. There is a weird sign at the front door not allowing food, snack or water on the premise. The bathroom floor was not completely clean.otherwise everything else was great "

"Had a very traditional feel to the hotel. Very close to the bustling high street. Not far from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. My only gripe was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I feel this is a basic touch but a necessity. So if you're planning to stay here then definitely take a bar of soap with you or buy one from the shop round the corner."
