"First the staff was excellent. They were accommodating. They wanted me to be happy with my stay. There was a small hiccup but when I mentioned it to the front desk it was addressed immediately. A speedy response. Great personnel. My stay was short, only three days, and memorable. They assisted in some snafus that occurred while booking trips and tours and excursions. Wonderful and friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely wonderful. Undoubtedly the best place we stayed in Morocco. Fabulous blend of old Riad and contemporary design. Lots of lovely touches. Beautiful room. Great outdoor spaces around pool and roof terraces. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And, a breakfast to die for. Area around is quite quiet and it's a bit of a walk to the main parts of the Ville Nouvelle (but flat and safe) and there are some nice restaurants much closer. And only a short walk to the beautiful Jardin Marjorelle. Highly recommend if you want to stay in this part of Marrakech."
