"I think this place has great value overall. A short drive from the park entrance. Our river view room was great. Having the bath in our room was great. The kitchenette was what we needed to have home cooked meals. The games room and swimming pool were great. It lost a star for me because the lift was non operational for most of our stay and we were in the top floor (had a decent amount of luggage to and from the room)."

"We loved our stay at the Chicken Ranch. The Casio was clean and smoke free, and lots of slot machines. We ate at Perch, and although the drink service was very slow, the food was really good, and our waitress named Irie, was very accommodating The rooms were huge, state of the art with an incredibly comfortable bed. There was also like an 80” smart TV! We will be back to stay at the Chicken Ranch when we are back in the area! "

"What a gem!! This lodge was very updated, clean, quiet and convenient to entering Yosemite. We will stay there again!! I’m sure the pool and hot tub are opening in the spring and summer, but they were not in the winter. They also have a great playground area for kids. I’d rate this an 11 out of 10 "
