"This is a well located, clean and up to date condo with a very well appointed kitchen—it has everything you need! I’ve never rented a better stocked kitchen in a rental. Comfortable beds and pillows. VERY QUIET! Also a bonus is the ski locker just inside the front door of the main building—so you don’t have to drag your wet gear to your unit. Major bonus to this property is the unground parking!! With the huge snow storms, I saw many staying at other properties spending a lot of time digging out...

"After two lengthy day hike, I could have used the promised hot tub. There was no outdoor hot tub. The indoor hot tub was out of order. The steam sauna was marginal while the dry sauna did not work either. The carpet in the rooms was marginal, although appeared reasonably clean. I suppose no carpet would prove tough on other surfaces with so many guests."

"The condo is located in the Bear Valley village, 2 miles away from the ski park. The condo is small but cozy. The bedrooms are upstairs and the beds comfortable. Kitchen is tiny but has a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The heaters worked well though there is no central thermostat. There are 2 short flight of stairs to get to the unit. Narrow stairs connecting upstairs and downstairs. The living room/dining room area is dated. Very quiet. We stayed there during a winter storm....

The place is small and compact, for summer use I think the bed linens need to be swapped out to something cooler and remember before going to bed to open all the windows to cool the place down.
