"Our December travel day was clear but the following day a snowstorm blew in. Through the huge wall of windows we watched snow swirl among the tall pines as the gas fireplace warmed the spacious main room with its vaulted ceiling of knotty pine. The well equipped and beautiful kitchen, the spacious bathrooms, the windows on all sides made for a delightful stay. The fireplace in the downstairs game room kept us warm as we played billiards. "This is a large, beautiful home! The house was well-stocked and beautifully decorated! It is designed for large groups to gather and have fun, and we did! We were there for Thanksgiving and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, large dining table, cozy relaxing areas with 2 fireplaces, as well as a fun game room! There was ample parking, even use of the garage, and the location was convenient for access to the State Park! Next trip to the area, we will definitely stay here again!"

"The inn keepers were very friendly and nice. They were very helpful. I just wished the hallways were better lite. The light switch was at the end of one hallway instead the front."
