"The staff was so very kind from the moment we checked in til the very end. They were helpful in giving suggestions, directions and just overall kindness. The restaurant was delicious as well (the sticky toffee pudding is a must try!) The bar downstairs is great as well. I would suggest getting the breakfast included in your stay as it is convenient since there aren’t many cafes/restaurants open that early around. Fine Victorian Hotel

"Offered snacks on check-in, lovely sizable, warm bedroom insulated from the possible noise on Gordon Street, as well as the cold. Everything worked well, including the shower, and an excellent Scottish breakfast the following morning, with potato cakes Lorne sausage, black pudding and haggis, as well as sticky porridge. Allowed a late check out, sad to say farewell."

"The hotel was lovely.Easy to get to.Room was comfortable and a good size I liked how you could adjust the lights to suit the mood Lovely shower room. Breakfast room had plenty of options to choose from Staff polite and welcoming I would stay here again "
