"Very professional and friendly staff everywhere - reception, restaurant, pool area. Impecably clean room. I lost a small personal item in the lobby ( which is a vast area) and it was safely kept for me in "lost and found'. Very grateful."

From the restaurant staff to house keeping - they recognised us, remembered us, knew what we liked and what we needed and made sure we had everything we needed without even asking sometimes.
