"It was a nice and convenient spot to stay in. The view of the river and bridge was nice abd it's less than 5 miles from food and stores. Overall it's a very nice place. Only downside is the cigarette smoke from the casino."

"The staff were all friendly and helpful, very good complimentary breakfasts, nice lobby where our family hung out having fun catching up. The hotel is actually connected to Chili’s- convenient and we had a great meal. Yes, the hotel is older, spotty WiFi, tvs aren’t great, thin towels, and a few wonky cabinet drawers. But the mattresses, pillows, and linens are very nice, and the rooms are fresh and clean. For the price, this BW is a bargain and is our family’s new St. Louis hotel choice....

"Can not beat the location- it’s a smaller boutique hotel that is undergoing a change in ownership. Hotel and rooms were clean and the staff is mostly responsive and attentive. There are ALOT of hidden fees at this property- be warned and trying to get your money back for discrepancies between Hotels.com and the actual property are very difficult to navigate and resolve. "

"I really like that this property is walking distance to the French Quarter and Canal Street. The area is quiet and I felt safe. The lobby has a cozy feel to it and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room I was assigned to had a comfortable king size bed but the bathroom was a little cramped and I’m a tall person. I’m sure if I asked the front desk could have accommodated a room change but I was only staying one night so it was okay. "
