"Very safe and quiet location and a short 10 min walk to Bourbon street. We were there for the football game that was less than 30 min walk. Never met any staff but very good communication by email. They were very happy to help with my few requests. Rooms are small but absolutely don't need any more for 2 people and a short stay."

"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from parking assistance to giving information about getting around the city during our stay. I forgot my card with my code to get in after hours and the front desk clerk answered the phone promptly and helped us get inside the hotel right away. The only drawback is the hotel is in dire need of repairs and the room was pretty stuffy but not unbearable since they provided a box fan to circulate the air. "
