"We were greeted by an individual whose first words to us were you didn't pay enough but that is ok because your TV does not work. Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe. The shower current was what appeared to be a Dollar Tree Liner (looked like a garbage bag) there were old tattered towels. "This was very pleasant a great change from the chain hotels. Short 7 minute walk into the lovely town of Grass Valley. The accommodation was comfortable and homie. "
