"This was elegantly designed. A warm welcome for the weary travellers. I thoroughly enjoyed my rest and streaming. A walk out and you were in the city. The only disappointment was checking out. The lady had not a smile and looked like she was bored. . The rest were professional and warm. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a lovely rest "

"Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Hotel was in a convenient location and it was super easy to move around. Some guests were noisy in the common areas but on the room floors it was not an issue. "

"I did not have high expectations of this hotel but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The room was good. The 6th floor was great. Only one problem was that the hot water was not working one morning but it was building wide and the hotel fixed it within about 20 minutes. "

"All of the staff were excellent. We paid a pretty high number for our room with a balcony but it was very dated, the curtains didn't close all the way, the carpet was kind of dirty, it was just old and dated but everyone there was very nice. I didn't complain as we were staying just one night and then getting on a ship. Peter at the concierge was very helpful with letting us know there was an adapter in the room and getting us a couple more as we had traveled 15 hours on a plane to get there and...

"The hotel was clean and excellently appointed. Wonderful room with a great layout. My favourite little extra amenity was the drink machine near reception, such a cool addition. "
