"Myself and my fiancé had an amazing time at this resort! Any issues that warranted an immediate response was handled quick and efficiently. When we arrived it wasn’t not as busy and the day before we left the resort. If it’s busy don’t expect things to run as smooth because it got a little shaky at the end of our stay. I would stay again and again but maybe at the beginning of the week not towards the weekend. The food was good just cold a lot of the time. We actually needed up going down towards the family area to get better food. ROBERTS FLAME was the best!!! Food 10, Service 10, I wish i gave them a chance from the very beginning. Thank you to the staff at Princess Senses for the Birthday cake it truly warmed my heart. "
