"We had a wonderful stay at Emma's place. The condo is wonderfully located a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is 2 floors with the common areas on the first floor and bedrooms on the second. Both floors have wonderful patios/balcony with a great views of the ocean. People are very friendly who stay in the area and the beach is great with options to swim or snorkel. "The property is beautiful. The view of Montego bay from the veranda, masterbedroom and pool were breathtaking. Mel is a full service host. We came as guests and left as friends. He made sure we knew all the nuances of the area. Also he would ask us where and what we wanted to do and made many a suggestion. He's more than half the price of a taxi and three times the comedian. "Words cannot express how wonderful this vacation was. We were a family of 5 which included a teenager and 2 seniors, one which was experiencing some serious health challenges. The entire staff was so extremely accommodating. Chef Damien and Fabian (the butler) accommodated diet changes and were able to arrange last minute activity when we finally decided to enjoy the island. "Elsewhere by the Sea was phenomenal in every way. We had a group of 7 women on a girls trip and the staff catered to our every need. The location is beautiful, surrounded by water and located in a very safe gated community. "Had a fairytale wedding at Pattoo Castle and then my husband and I stayed at the castle a few nights after the wedding. Gary and his staff are amazing! Pattoo Castle is beautiful and pictures don’t even do it justice. My guests were in awe! Loved being able to swim in the ocean and enjoy the scenic views. Each room is spacious l, beautiful and clean. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort. Though we were nervous about the idea of having a butler, we splurged for a platinum room, and we are so glad that we did. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed, large living area, and beautiful shower. The jacuzzi on the balcony was simply amazing and the view was stunning. Our Butlers, Dujohn and Michael were wonderful. They will be as involved or as uninvolved as you prefer. They were quick to check in with us daily and always made dinner reservations for us so we never had a wait. We really enjoyed the staff in the platinum area, particularly Jason in the lobby area, Monique in the dining area, and Oshea in the bar area. Their customer service was top notch. All of the dining areas were enjoyable but we particularly enjoyed the food truck, the Pearl, Robert’s Flame Steakhouse, and Fusion. The entertainment each evening was spectacular. The live band, the Hollywood show, the Silver Bird Steel Band, the cultural shows, and the piano bar were our favorite. There is so much to do and see if you want to stay busy, but there is also plenty of space to just rest and relax. The gym was the best we’ve ever seen at a resort. We were so pleased with our experience and hope to make it back some day. "

"Absolutely beautiful. We stay in the diamond club area and it was so quiet. They upgrade our room complimentary and it was huge. The resort was so clean and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend with or without kids. Super long beach with the ability to walk even past other resorts. We stayed on the beach all day and never felt crowded. "
