"You arrive at Drifters as a guest and leave as FAMILY!! Ive stayed at numerous hotels in negril, all very nice. However, Drifters is simply Magical! I booked originally for 5 night stay but the connections and experience I had there made me extend my stay 2 more nights!!! I WILL be back! So much so, that Drifters will be tired to see my face. "When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help...
