"Great breakfast and staff very helpful with information about how to see Grand Canyon. Professional staff. The hot tub was closed, we were disappointed by that and the pool had floaties so we didn’t go in the pool, it needs cleaning."

"Close the GC entrance and well maintained. The room was clean and environment was quiet. Everything we needed was in the room, hangers, blankets, microwave, TV etc. Only minor inconvenience was in the bathroom, the toilet roll is a bit far from the toilet. The soap was dangerously slippery so I suggest the management to provide a different soap. (PS. I did fell in the bathroom but luckily I am young and can take some damage, our elderly folks might not be in such good fortune lol). Overall good stay. "

"Such a comfortable room. Only drawback was lighting between beds. Made it impossible for both a reader and a sleeper to be happy at the same time. Very personable and responsive housekeeping staff. Biggest shortcomings were absence of really good coffee and absence of easily obtainable eggs and meat and potatoes at breakfast."

"We were able to stay in a suite this weekend and it was very spacious and comfortable. The bed wasn’t the best but everything else was great. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi on the cold, winter nights. We will stay here again. "

"The property and rooms exceeded our expectations! The room was very spacious for a family of four and had a fantastic layout. The views of the Christmas lights from our balcony was icing on the cake! It was so nice they had a large gift shop and on-site restaurant. If you didn’t want to dine there, other options were only minutes away. Every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant too! We will definitely be returning!"
