Great location! Nice and calm environment. Clean and tidy. Super welcome from the very friendly staff and even had my luggage carried out for me on the morning of my departure! Great overnight stay at the Ibis!

Staff were so lovely and really looked after us when our event was cancelled due to the red weather warning they made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Room was clean and just what we needed for our intended stay. This is now going to be our go to hotel for our stays when racing

The hotel parking and facilities were very good the food was very good especially the breakfast which was great. all of the staff were very polite friendly and gave a top level service, especially Nicola and Oliver the chef. I have stayed in many top level hotels all over the world including Raffles, shangrila & Taj Mahal. I was very surprised how good this hotel was and was very impressed with the staff and the level of friendly service they gave. I have another job booked for a month from 9th May 25. It is a budget hotel, however did not expect to find dirty walls in a bedroom. The room had very unpleasant scent. We have a feeling some smoked in the room who used it before us.

The room was not clean. There was a spackled wall, the bathroom door looked like it was hit by a car, and there was no toilet paper holder. There was limited food offerings. I did not feel safe in this hotel.

Very sad hotel
The girl on the front desk was very helpful but her washed out old tee shirt said it all, the room was very tired, basic and lacking modern facilities, black grout around shower, everything was past its sell by date. The breakfast was very poor for £12, no sliced bread to toast, ask for butter that was just a half pound cut into squares, the croissant was old and did not even cut, nothing had names on, a big bowl of something? Bacon was rock hard would not cut, egg sat I water. As we left someone was vacuuming the stairs and the smell of BO was dreadful and the cleaner smelt so stale it took your breathe away

The place itself is very good. It's a shame it's in an industrial estate, as there's no where to go that is a short walking distance. Fine if you had a car. Very warm welcome. When we got to the room, we had no towels. Went to reception. Breakfast is great. Great selection. Evening meals could be better. The bar could have a better selection also. But overall a pleasant stay

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. First night kept awake with traffic noise,2nd with dog barking,3rd woken at 3am due to someone outside our window running car engine for at least half an hour!!! Had to get up and ask them to move the car. Breakfast was fine.
