"The hotel was great for a 2 night stay with my dog. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On the first night we couldn’t get the TV or heater to work and it was bitterly cold but the staff on reception fixed both problems straight away. Thank you Swansea Ibis."

Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."
