"Really enjoyed my short stay. Really nice staff, very helpful. Hotel right on the beach. Scaffolding all over outside of the hotel at the moment-march 25 but all good. Would stay again"

"The hotel and staff were superb, our stay was hassle free and convenient, without any issues. The breakfast was superb and the hotel rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Our one gripe, which was outside the hotel was the guests were reluctant to pick up their dogs mess in the field to the left of the hotel. Perhaps a sign reminding guests of their responsibilities and a possible fine might help. The field was full of dog waste, can't be pleasant in the summer for guests/children."

"This hotel is literally yards from swansea station, i thought it would be cheap and cheerful and convenient but was suprised it was such a lovely hotel. Staff amazing decor lovely, will def be staying here again. Lovely utalian restaurant just down the road, tesco express opposite."

"The hotel was great for a 2 night stay with my dog. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On the first night we couldn’t get the TV or heater to work and it was bitterly cold but the staff on reception fixed both problems straight away. Thank you Swansea Ibis."
