"We had an excellent stay at this luxurious ryoken. Having the onsen in our room was amazing. It was worth the splurge. One consideration is they allow families which is great. However when we were relaxing in the tub we had a young family next to us, and were surprised to hear children’s loud chattering when quiet would have been preferred. "

"Our stay here was wonderful. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind. The onsen is small (max 6 ppl) but that was never an issue. The included breakfast was a smallish buffet style of mostly western type foods, salads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, breads. The convenience of the location, minutes away from Gora station, made arriving and doing the Hakone loop so easy! Lovely spot overall. "

"This property was beautiful and the onsens were amazing. We loved that the baths were private so that our children could use them as well. We had dinner at the property and it was delicious and quite a treat. Anyone planning to stay should know that this property is not very walkable. It is not only further away than other properties, it is on a hillside. We utilized taxis a great deal. This property was also not clean. There was mold growing on the walls and bugs (mosquitos?) smashed...
