"This was a decent property with a very good breakfast! The room was clean and a decent size. Could use a little maintenance-toilet paper holder kept moving so we had to take them off. Very tiny bathroom but it worked. The floor lamp meed a little fixing too! The little touches go along way!! Being clean is very important to me and, this place was that with a friendly staff!"

"Large comfortable clean room with kitchen. Easy parking and very convenient stopover from airport to I70. Close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a welcome bonus. Very friendly staff. Recommended. "

"No hot breakfast at 8.20 (pronised till 9), only snacks. Strange smell in the elevator. Room condition 4/5 considering the value. Clean, but old. Cracks in bathtub caulk, missing vent grill. AC fan is not the silent one."

"Wonderful place for family gatherings. We used the out building for the rehearsal portion of my son's wedding, of which there are extra fees. All in all everyone was very happy and would rent there again!"

"We had a great time at the Silk Pincushion. It was an easy walk and easy drive to hike to the mesa or get to dinner downtown. What stood out is the breakfast and the company. They hosted and treated us to a great breakfast and the people were so friendly and easy and enjoyable to get to know. We were interested in Golden's history and the home and they were fun and impressive historians :)"

"This was a great place to gather with family. We are all adults that do not require high end stays to appreciate our surroundings or each other. Not fancy by any means, but serves as a great place to gather & rest your head. Limited supplies in kitchen so come prepared and bring your own water. Faucet water is not clear in color, so bring plenty of drinking water too! Beautiful surroundings right outside your door."
