"This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

"House was excellent. Clean and spacious. Several breweries and restaurants in walking distance and a short 10-15 minutes from downtown Denver neighborhoods like RiNo and LoDo. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver! "

"Kids absolutely loved the downstairs and the parents enjoyed the upstairs and separation of space. The basketball hoops were amazing. Driveway is a bit sketchy but was really kind of fun to drive up after we finally got in. Great stay overall. "

"My son and I spent three nights at the house during a ski trip. The place was very comfortable and located close to town. One could easily walk downtown from the home.I really liked the kitchen. It is rare to see cast iron cookware in a rental, but we fried some steaks on it and they came out tasty.The beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was seemless. I would stay there again."

"We loved the bungalow and particularly appreciated the interesting decor, art selections, and well-stocked kitchen. A truly charming spot to rest after a long day skiing! "

"There’s a reason this property is so highly rated by so many people. Easy to communicate with host, quiet spot, hot tub, comfortable bed, little things like condiments in the fridge, games, and robes for the hot tub. Close to lots of things, this was the perfect spot for some R&R and fun. "

"This vrbo is the perfect location between the city and the mountains. Everyone in our group of 12 was able to enjoy their own space. The kitchen and bar were perfect for meal prepping and meals together. We would book this place again in a heartbeat!"

We were fortunate enough to see about 6 inches of snow one night which was a bonus, even though we were not able to make it quite up the shared driveway even in a AWD but it all worked out well and didn’t hinder anyone or any plans we had. "Good location. Very responsive owner. Ask and they will address any concerns. VRBO has an error about pull out beds in living room. Note there is no kitchen, which is apparent if you look carefully at listing, but good food within walking distance. Lots of space, well cared for and again very nice and responsive owners. Milou is an awesome dog."
