"Very cute bed and breakfast. The common areas are so beautiful and well cared for. Our room was spacious and the Bed was comfortable too. Bathroom has a great tub! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the amenities! Staff was very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend! "

"Great place to stay, close to town near restaurants and Walmart, and close to Echo Mountain Ski Resort. Enjoyed the hot tub and craft beer option near the fireplace. Felt like a nice home without anyone else there, although, we could hear others in their room but still quiet. Adults only. "

"A clean, safe, and cozy place located near downtown. It was particularly cold when I visited, but the carriage was toasty warm. The location was clean, and the directions were clear and to the point. Overall, I was very happy and would book this property again."

"This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed."

"This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. "

"Everything was very clean, the owner answered any questions we had very quickly and was very helpful with telling us about the area and weather. If you’re looking to book a house with enough rooms for the whole family this is it! We loved the cozy homey feeling and the views from the balcony- beautiful! "We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. "was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. "
