"We were in the city because of family in the hospital. It was such a nice feeling that after long days we could just come back to the cottage and truly relax. Our pup also really enjoyed her stay with walking trails and a park right across the road. Pamela and Jim made the stay extra easy and comfortable. We will be back!"

"The property was very clean and included very comfortable accommodations. The property was peaceful and quiet with the view from the front being a view of the golf course/park. The location was convenient to drive to the mountains for snow activities and for Golden and Denver. The host was knowledgeable and respectful. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The private outdoor patio really adds a great touch to this clean, tastefully decorated space. Carrie, the host, was very attentive or left us to ourselves - whatever we needed at the time. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful so walks were always interesting and felt very safe. Excellent places to eat were within walking distance. Things we should have known had we paid extra close attention: There is a private back entrance - we felt a little awkward walking past the owner's windows...

"Enjoyed a week stay, loved the location and walkability to old town. Owner made sure everything went fine, which it did. House is charming, good for small family, enjoyed sitting on porch. We would stay there again."

"We stayed at the Agatha Steckler Cottage while we were in Colorado to ski in Eldora. We also took in a hockey game in Denver and visited friends in Boulder, so it was a great central location. The cottage was adorable and a great fit for myself and my adult daughter. Communication with Brian was thorough, and he was always willing to help if there was an issue, not that there was!! The town was cute with walkable restaurants and breweries. I would stay again, we loved it. "

"Wonderful for a solo traveler looking for a clean, comfortable guesthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Lakewood/Golden area.I will note that because it’s connected to the main house, there are some noises that can be a little surprising, and I was awoken at night by some strange water sounds, I couldn’t place it as either it in of the night.
