"We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway. "

Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! The host was very communicative and quick to respond. "We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there. "Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working."

"The property manager was really nice and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen didn’t have very many cooking utensils to use. There also wasn’t much drawer space for your items. The location was 10-15 minutes from the center of downtown Denver and was also near a lake. Overall a pretty good stay!"

"Donna and Don are incredible hosts! Very supportive and responsive. The pictures online don’t do this cabin justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. My son was unable to get his car up the hill and we got trapped in for a day even though they very clearly had just cleared the driveway for us. They started reaching out to neighbors about parking his car so we could enjoy the city while we were there. Roy was so nice to allow us to park about a mile from the cabin. What an absolute blessing...
