He found my wallet in the hotel’s bathroom immediately he maid international phone call to let me know he found my wallet , Ahmed at housekeeping is also nice , all the hotel security staff are very helpful, definitely I recommend this hotel because it has the most swimming pool looks directly on the Nile .
