This is the best hotel you will ever stay at! The staff is truly what makes this place amazing! I really enjoyed getting away and staying at the Waldorf Astoria Heliopolis in Cairo. I want to personally than Noon who works in the Rosetta Club for taking care of me everyday while I was getting a lot of work done. She is truly amazing at her job! Can’t wait to go back and stay again and see the amazing staff again!

The location is pristine - service amenities food room and access. However be advised you are visiting a country that is very poor and once you step outside of the hotel it feels unsafe anywhere you go.

Everything about this hotel was amazing the look, cleanliness, employees, helpfulness, restaurants, and just the atmosphere and hospitality was second to none. This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at and I’ve been to a lot in multiple countries. This is a must stay if you visit Cairo. Words cannot explain it you just have to see for yourself.

Incredible and safe property for a space to stay in Cairo while exploring the city. A little further away ( although closer to the airport ) but worth it. Far more luxurious and far better food than the Four Seasons and other premium hotels in the city.

Easy access by the airport and the facility is very nice as it is brand new - but staff and service leave much to be desired. Hotel arranged services cost over $80 to and from the airport (10 minute drive). After arriving at the airport we waited 30 minutes to check in. In the morning we were given incorrect information about breakfast times.

Everything was as expected and top notch, the reason for dropping 2 stars is the check out experience, the receptionist charged us 100 pound for a regular water bottle that was stored in the mini bar fridge, it was not listed on the menu that they charge for the same water we get in the room if it is stored in the fridge, he also claimed he does not have 7 pounds to give us the change back. I asked him regarding purchasing one of the feather pillows and he could not give a straight forward answer! Overall it just felt like classic cairo streets hassle experience. The rest of the stay and engagement with everyone else was excellent 👌 check in and housekeeping was outstanding The pool also was OOO, i understood it is winter, but we should at least be notified ahead of time the the pool won't be closed

The waiters are not engaged at all …they wander about seemingly aimlessly looking busy but dysfunctional Also they don’t seem to have basic communication skills They were very slow to understand if at all and often wouldn’t say if they didn’t understand This left us often feeling we weren’t going to get what we asked for This happened at lot at breakfast Sadly ruined our experience and last day especially when our breakfast order was nearly 1 hour late Reception , hostesses , hospitality & doormen were super

We stayed at the Waldorf for 2 nights with our children, and we absolutely loved the hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were so helpful, and attentive. They helped to organise our trip to see the pyramids, easily and we were so happy. We paid attention to the children and were so friendly. We would definitely be back.

Abanoub Samir best service ever
This was an extraordinary experience. The staff were all exceptional. Our bar tender and waiter on several evenings Abanoub Samir was excellent. Abanoub made our stay that much better. He went far and above his duties to take care of us and make us feel welcome and special. We already have plans to come again and stay at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis!!
