I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. "Pretty typically hostel. Nice staff. It’s all outdoors, on a rooftop, so not sure how comfortable that would be in the summer. WiFi was decent. They had staff continually cleaning the bathrooms and showers. Room was fine, nothing spectacular, or horrible. Really close to the Egyptian museum, not far from a subway stop. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance, even a couple of bars and drinkies next door (one of the few places to purchase alcohol). "

"Clean and convenient. Easy to move around. Staffs are helpful and friendly. I recommend their Pyramid tours. Their other tours are not necessary as you can do it yourself."

"This hotel has an unbeatable view of the Pyramids and Sphinx, and a rooftop where you can see the Pyramid light show for free while you dine or sip a cup of tea or coffee. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and accomodating. They went out of their way to make sure my dietary needs were met, that I had transportation, they arranged a tour guide for me, and were always there to help. Kamal and Sherif were excellent!"
