"The ease of navigation throughout the entire Ocean Casino Resort is great. The room was very clean, which is always a plus. I do think you need more elevators and upon exiting the casino elevators to the casino it should be a grand view not a small corridor then opens up to the casino. The indoor pool and heated outdoor pool was a great experience outdoors during this cold time of year. Staff everywhere was very helpful and courteous. I'm not a fan of cigarette smoke, but it's a casino, so it's expected. The view from our room of the ocean cannot be topped with the floor to ceiling windows. Thank you fof the experience."
