"We had a wonderful weekend in this cottage. The location is great, a 2 block easy walk to the beach. Lots of beach fun with the grand kids. The back deck and table were a wonderful setting for dinner outdoors. The listing included a pull out queen that was not there, but the host apologized and assures us it has been corrected. "Let me start by saying this place is definitely a Cozy Cottage in so many positive ways. At first my husband wanted a larger place but we have family just down the street so this place just made sense. After staying here, he was grateful I nudged him in this direction. "We (3 adults, 3 children, 2 50lb dogs) had a lovely stay for 4th if July week. The fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and swing, ping pong table and outdoor shower. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and gracious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house!"

"The location to the beach was not too far. There was a great breakfast place within walking distance also. The place was clean although the tub and shower could use some updating and the rug could be cleaned.
