"E-mailed them twice to confirm check in called them on the day no response or answer - perhaps the owner packed up and bailed? or died? because it looks like we are not the only one to have this issue either way had to wait 4 hours for hotels.com to find us another place then they said it would take 15 mins with all our luggage after a 24 hour flight from Melbourne to London with no real apology pretty disappointing experience all around "

"I thought for the price, in London, the hotel was ok.. The wifi wouldn't work, also the heating didn't work, which in winter proved quite difficult.. Overall the place was clean, and had everything I could need. The bed was comfortable and very fresh and clean, the location is perfect and the shower was nice and warm. "

The owner is friendly and accommodating, he assisted us with our luggage, explained how to use the equipment and was available throughout our stay. It’s an excellent location too, close to the tube, shops, eating and drinking places and tourist attractions. We’d gladly stay again. Many thanks. "
