"Unexpectedly pleased with this hotel. The hotel location is more West Brompton than Earls Court, located about 5 minutes from West Brompton underground station. The room was recently renovated, clean, quiet and spacious, the bed was comfortable. There was a gunky smell in the bathroom, I think it was from the shower drain. For the money it was a great stay."

"The hotel was well sited for us and the indoor car park next door was very bright, safe and clean. The rooms were clean, quiet and child-friendly. We even invited our family to dine with us there. I would definitely recommend the hotel."

"The keypad door of the apartment (Flat B) is tricky and often doesn't work. We usually have to try several times to open it. This can be a bit unsettling, especially the first time you try to enter, as it's unclear whether the issue is with the password or the lock."
